Purchasing a share results in you to receiving a bonus dividend each month helping to increase your account to use in the pilot shop for the more expensive items such as aircraft. This dividend is based on the performance of the airline so the more flights completed, the higher the payout you will receive. It is, therefore, in your benefit to fly more often and to encourage others to join Knight Aviation.
The monthly bonus can only be applied from the airline that you are a member of so it is important that you only purchase the share for that airline. You can review which airline you belong to by visiting your pilot profile:
When are the payments made?
The payments will be made to your account at the beginning of each month and are paid in arrears from the financial performance of the month prior.
How much will I receive?
The payment is based on the profits earned by the airline each month. The better the airline performs, the higher the dividend bonus. If the airline fails to make a profit, or makes a loss, no dividend bonus is made for that month.
Can I buy shares in airlines I am not a member of?
Yes, there is nothing to stop you purchasing a share in any of the other airlines if you wish to collect them. However, your dividend bonus will only be based on the airline that you belong to.
